About Our Client
My client is a Housing Association based in the West Midlands.
Job Description
* Responsible for a number of key financial projects across the organisation including a review of some key revenue areas such as DLO, Care and Support Service, Corporate Fleet, cost lines, capitalisation approach, and disposals.
* Reviewing business partnering practices and providing support and training.
* Finance training for leadership team members and senior stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
* Qualified accountant.
* Experience of delivering a complex change program within finance.
* Ideally proven experience within the social housing sector.
* Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
* Outstanding leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
