Service Coordinator
The Role:
The Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting a team carrying out the repair and refurbishment of IT hardware. Working from the companies new Droitwich facility, the successful Service Coordinator will support the departments service commitments by planning, scheduling and coordinating engineering service works, managing stock and inventory of spare parts whilst ensuring response times and service level agreements are adhered to.
