About the role
As a Night Enabling Support Worker, your role will be to provide support and encouragement, taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
Keefield Close, on the outskirts of Harlow, Essex, provides person-centred, responsive, residential care for ten adults with profound physical and intellectual disabilities.
The home is spread over two spacious, adjoining, and well-equipped bungalows. There is a lovely sensory garden at the back and a separate building with facilities such as a sensory room. Our accessible and welcoming environment provides modern facilities with 24/7 support.
