This role is a pivotal role, managing all sales for the business across national accounts. The successful candidate will create and deliver on innovative strategies to boost sales and drive growth for the brand. The candidate should be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in account management and business development. Client Details My client is an award-winning business within pharma and wellness with B-Corp certification. Established c.15 years ago, they are still an SME business, with less than 10 total employees. This role will be their lead sales person, responsible for all national accounts within the health. Description Develop and implement effective sales strategies Manage existing account relationships and grow business within existing accounts Actively hunt for and win new business to grow your account portfolio Hold full P&L and forecasting responsibility for all accounts Manage JBPs, negotiations and contracts Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts Monitor and analyse performance metrics and report back to the business on progress Implement strategies to drive brand growth in collaboration with other departments Profile The successful candidate should have: Proven experience working at national account level with Boots essential Experience with Tesco and Sainsbury's a bonus Track record of driving incremental growth within an FMCG environment Background of working in beauty, healthcare, wellness, pharma, suncare or similar Experience of working for an SME business with the ability to wear multiple hats Excellent reporting, organisation, communication and negotiation skills Commercially minded with demonstrable experience managing P&Ls, JBPs, and forecasts Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite An understanding of sales performance metrics Must be able to be in London 2-3 days a week Job Offer An attractive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum Up to 40% bonus - sliding scale linked to base salary Hybrid working - 2/3 days a week in London We look forward to welcoming the successful candidate to our team.
