The role will require regular travel, with occasional international travel. What’s in it for you; · Salary: Up to £28k OTE · Hours: 9 – 5.30 Monday to Friday, office based with some travel required · 21 days holiday per annum · Free Parking · Growing company · Dynamic and supportive environment · Exciting products and industry Key responsibilities; Sales Strategy and Planning · Develop and implement an effective sales strategy across your account base, ensuring alignment with company margin and profitability targets. · Balance sell-through and sell-in strategies, ensuring a data-driven approach and stock control risk management. · Manage customer segmentations to control and drive growth within designated accounts · Present product ranges, pricing, and MOQs virtually or in-person to account base. Account Management and Brand Equity · Deliver exceptional account management, customer service, and communication to maintain and grow relationships with your designated accounts. · Act as a champion of brand equity by ensuring all assets and strategies align with brand guidelines across Wholesale, Retail, and Ecommerce channels. · Translate brand strategies into actionable plans and go-to-market activities · Ensure account terms are adhered to and address any discrepancies promptly. Customer and Market Engagement · Conduct regular field visits to customer accounts, maintaining a 4-6 week rolling appointment diary. · Build strong customer relationships through accurate reporting, providing sales feedback, market trends, and year-on-year performance analysis. · Provide insights into competitor activity, market trends, and new opportunities to drive growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration · Work closely with internal teams, including Design, QC, Purchasing, and Finance, to ensure alignment with customer and business goals. · Provide feedback on product development, pricing, and new product launches to relevant teams. · Support brand messaging to drive customer acquisition and loyalty. Operations and Administration · Manage and maintain samples, company literature, and property to the highest standard. · Ensure regular communication and collaboration with internal departments to streamline processes and meet business objectives. · Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges. Business Development · Identify, investigate, and maximise new business opportunities, aligned with personal and business KPIs. · Develop strategies to maximise pricing and profitability across accounts. · Drive customer acquisition through tailored messaging and strategic engagement. Flexibility and Travel · Adapt to the evolving needs of the company and industry, maintaining a flexible approach. · Travel domestically and internationally as required to support business objectives. What the employer is looking for; · At least 5 years’ experience in account management or a sales-related role, preferably in a multi-channel environment (Wholesale, Retail, Ecommerce). · Strong understanding of brand management, sell-through strategies, and stock risk control. · Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. · Proficient in presenting and delivering tailored product and sales strategies. · Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and CRM systems. · Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. · Highly organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
