What's Involved? You will: Complete a comprehensive in-person induction training programme to help you develop the necessary technical and professional skills for a successful career. Travel to our international offices to meet colleagues including the senior leadership team and undergo training supported by industry experts. Whilst training, prepare for the globally recognised qualification, CISI Investment Operating Certificate (IOC) - designed by senior practitioners to help you meet the requirements of markets and regulators across the globe and achieve core competence for your job requirements as an Analyst. Following your initial training, work alongside some of the world's largest Investment Banks, finding solutions to help them meet with their regulations in areas such as KYC, Compliance, Risk and Legal. Essential Criteria Expect to achieve, or currently have, a minimum 2.2 in any degree discipline, as of 31st July 2025. Live - or be ready to relocate - within a commutable distance from FinTrU's Derry/Londonderry office. No prior work experience is required. Eligible to work in the relevant jurisdiction and be proficient in English A passion for building a career within Financial Services. Strong communication skills (oral and written). Possess analytical and numerical skills. Ability to work as part of a team and work in a fast-paced environment. Eager to continuously learn and develop. Must be available for initial in-person training of up to 6 weeks from employment start date.
