As a Regional Service Manager based in the Midlands, you won't just manage a team; you'll inspire, mentor, and empower your Regional Service Team to achieve their full potential and create an environment that promotes job satisfaction, team wellbeing, and service performance. You'll be responsible for growing our service business in the region, developing and executing strategic goals, allocating resources, and championing safety to ensure that customer service agreements are not just met, but exceeded.

What you bring to the role:
* Qualifications: Ideally you’ll have a degree level education, or equivalent experience, and a formal recognised sales qualification (or working towards), e.g. ISMM.
* Safety Commitment: Strong awareness and adherence to safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
* Data informed sales approach: A self-starter with enthusiasm and drive and proven ability in converting data into sales opportunities, you’ll have telesales experience, be able to develop sales strategy and sales plans and identify and capitalise on opportunities.
* Industry Insight: You’ll have a deep understanding of the materials handling industry, ideally with knowledge of Kalmar products and services.
* Customer Focus: Attentive to customer needs and market dynamics you’ll be adept in building and maintaining relationships.
* Team Player: Collaboration and effective communication with colleagues and clients to achieve shared goals and maintain an equitable work environment.
