The Role:
As a Bid Writer, you’ll be responsible for developing high-quality, winning bids in response to construction project tenders, working across an array of clients in tandem with the senior management and estimating teams.
Responsibilities:
* Analyse tender documents and develop a clear understanding of the requirements.
* Work closely with the construction team to develop a detailed project plan and budget.
* Write and edit proposals, ensuring they are of the highest quality and meet the needs of the client.
* Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
* Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and to a high standard.
* Review and analyse feedback from clients to continuously improve the quality of bids.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in bid writing. While experience in the construction industry is desirable, this role is open to applicants from any sector that may be interested in moving across.
