Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

3. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, process service paperwork, and handle transactions with precision.
4. Quality & Follow-Up: Monitor service quality standards and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Sales & Retention: Recommend additional services and products to enhance customer experience and encourage loyalty.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Experienced in Customer Service: Preferably in a Service Advisor role within a premium or luxury automotive sector.
2. Customer-Centric: Proven ability to build strong, positive relationships with clients.
3. Organised & Detail-Oriented: Skilled in multitasking and upholding compliance with all required standards.
4. Knowledge of products, services, and warranty procedures.
5. Initiative-taking & Solution-Focused: Confident in resolving issues effectively while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
