Flexsource/CPL are currently hiring experienced Recruitment Consultants based in Reading for our Blue Collar / Industrial / Driving divisions.

The role is hybrid, the exact working patterns will be discussed and agreed as part of the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within Agency Recruitment, either in a 360 role or as a strong Resourcer, the desire to develop into a high performer, be customer focused, have attention to detail and strong motivation to see tasks fully completed.
Primary Duties: · Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers across existing and new business · Attend weekly/monthly site visits to update Clients on progress and service offerings · Attend client sales meetings both face to face and virtually · Identify new clients’ opportunities by networking and attending local events · Developing existing business and national contracts as well as seeking new business within multiple sectors · Liaise with Clients to understand their requirement needs, always thinking of ways to improve service delivery · Attract, recruit and retain the very best talent in the local market · Manage all aspects on candidate vetting and onboarding in line with CPL group process · Advertise Client requirements across various job boards and work closely with Marketing Executive to advertise on Social Media platforms · Following up on new business leads · Reporting to Head of UK on hours, Margin, Targets and business areas · Fully understand KPI process and work towards achieving and exceeding them · Work collaboratively with teams within the wider CPL group Requirements and skills: · A minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment · The ability to approach customers, candidates and internal stakeholders to develop key relationships · The ability to plan workloads, stick to KPI’s and have ability to self-reflect, develop and become a key pillar in the team · A strong communicator with the ability to influence · A tenacious approach with a ‘will do can do’ attitude · The desire to succeed with a passion to deliver results · Sales focused with a proven track record in overachieving · The ability to work autonomously and make key business decisions Salary and Benefits Leave: 25 days bank holidays and half day Friday for all UK bank holiday weekends.
Pension WFH 3 days a week with flexibility required.
Salary : £27,000
- £32,000 Commission : uncapped expected OTE £50,000
