Job overview
The post holder will provide strong strategic and operational leadership and direction to ensure effective and efficient delivery of Trust services. They will be instrumental in driving patient care to the highest levels of safety and quality, ensuring efficient use of resources and promoting a culture that is both progressive and inclusive, whilst meeting and exceeding national and local performance criteria.
The post holder will have a specific focus on the delivery of the Trust's outpatient transformation programme and will support with cross divisional transformation opportunities.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will lead on the Trust's outpatient transformation programme and will lead on cross divisional transformation projects allocated by the Deputy Chief Operating Officer. The post holder will also provide operational leadership to designated service(s).
The post holder will be the ROH representation for the wider Birmingham and Solihull outpatients transformation programme.
