Main Role Responsibility:
* Reporting into the Director of Shared Services this is a strategic R2R Manager position taking ownership of the financial transition projects that impact the Record to Report department.
* Effectively manage and take full ownership of the R2R function, leading and implementing process improvements and efficiency projects.
* You will be taking the lead on implementing strategies to improve the accuracy of month-end, monitoring internal controls and risk management alongside the internal audit.
Management:
1. With 2 direct reports and an overall team of 20 people, previous management experience is essential for this role.
2. You will be leading the team, setting objectives and targets, monitoring performance and providing your support and addressing any issues.
3. You will need to be a proactive, hands-on people manager that leads from the front.
