About Our Client: Our client is one of the fastest-growing tech startups in the UK. You'll be mainly help with connecting key stakeholders, projects, and critical business information, making sure meetings and materials are efficient and effective and serve as a trusted partner to deliver against the legal priorities of the business. As well as support senior management with organisation, scheduling, correspondence, and meetings. Your main tasks: Work closely with the CEO and assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring key strategic projects for the Executive Team. Maintain and manage social media for the CEO/Executive Team in accordance with the brand guidelines and business direction. Keep up to date with the ongoing trends in the industry and share insights, findings, etc with the executive team regularly. Use Project Management skills and expertise to assist with the completion of strategic projects. Create and manage the department's project work plan with clear goals, objectives, and tasks. Collaborate with the Executive Team to plan and prepare for meetings, events, and committees. Ensure Executives are properly briefed ahead of meetings. Create and review reports, project plans, presentations, and executive communications using MS Office tools. Prepare briefing notes ahead of meetings as necessary. Manage the diaries and schedules of the Executive Team. Assist the Executive Team on projects as per business requirements. Ensure efficient and effective use of their time. Oversee inbox management for the Executive Team and adapt to their preferred way of working. Attend Executive Team meetings and take notes to summaries and create action points. Drive procedural development, implementation, and maintenance while ensuring seamless updates on meeting outcomes and actions. Plan agendas, prepare/collate papers, and ensure prompt follow-up action. Gain a rapid understanding of key stakeholders and each Executive's role. Collaborate closely with key teams within the organisation. Manage reservations for travel, accommodation, and F&B arrangements that may be of a personal or professional nature, and efficiently coordinate and secure bookings to ensure seamless experiences for both internal and external stakeholders.
