Collections Information Officer x 6 - Swindon Summary We’re building a new team of Collections Information Officers on a 9-month fixed-term basis to play a crucial role in rolling out our new collections system. Reporting to the Collections System Training Manager, you'll be part of the Collections Information and Access (CIA) project team, delivering online training to ensure a smooth transition for our curatorial, conservation, and property teams. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch Axiell Collections, a system that will enhance our understanding, protection, and prioritisation of conservation efforts, and improve access to our extensive collection information. We’ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40–60% of your working week What you'll be doing You’ll play an important role in delivering online training via Webex to support users with the new collections system. You’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of sessions to make sure we’re providing the best service and assist with creating self-led resources such as user guides and demo videos.
