We are now recruiting for a strong administrator to support our team of Client Services Advisors in the Insolvency & Restructuring team.
This is a hybrid role, where you will have the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Birmingham office.

What the day will look like
* Supporting our team of experienced Client Service Advisors to process and manage a high volume of insolvency transactions.
* Maintain client files in accordance with agreed procedures, keeping records complete, accurate and up to date.
* Prepare and on-board new clients.
* Support leadership team on annual facility renewals.
* Building strong relationships with our client teams with the opportunity for direct client work.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
* Excellent Microsoft Office (particularly strong Excel) skills.
* A strong administrator that has proven experience of working within a fast-paced and detail-oriented role.
* Candidates from a professional services background would be highly desirable.
* A positive attitude with good communication skills.
* Team worker with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* Insurance knowledge or background would be highly advantageous.
* Knowledge of Acturis is not essential, but would be great to have.
