We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for half days in Horsham.
Position: 1-1 SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Horsham
Hours: Half days
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
1. Provide 1-1 support for students with special educational needs.
2. Focus on behavioural support and emotional regulation.
3. Collaborate with teachers to create a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
4. Significant experience in SEN, especially in behavioural support and emotional regulation.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Patience and a positive attitude.
7. DBS on the update service or willing to purchase one
