Join a dynamic and ambitious team as a National Account Manager focused on wholesale partnerships. This position offers the chance to shape and grow key relationships with influential wholesale clients, including Unitas and the Country Range Group. You will play a pivotal role in aligning vision with customer strategies, managing both head office relationships and local activations to drive joint growth. Key Responsibilities: Achieve annual operating plan (AOP) targets, including volume, net sales value (NSV), and gross profit measures. Lead account planning, pricing, promotion, and negotiation for assigned wholesale accounts. Build strong customer relationships to bring the client's strategic vision to life. Drive new product distribution and promotional activities within your accounts. Partner with cross-functional teams, leveraging resources to meet customer and company objectives. Lead business planning and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective account management. What You Bring: Proven experience in account management or account executive roles within FMCG, ideally with a focus on wholesale. A strategic mindset and strong cross-functional relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to drive NSV growth and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities. Comfortable managing ambiguity and skilled in navigating complex client conversations. Degree-level education or equivalent.
