You will work with HR Business Partners to help build organisational and people capabilities and support strategic HR initiatives. You will be an experienced HR professional & be able to demonstrate coaching, motivating and influencing Managers & Leaders in a large complex organisation. Experience of delivering change is also an important part of the role. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders with a customer focus. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment to solve problems and meet tight deadlines. You will also work in a matrix way across the wider HR team and collaborate to deliver the priorities and HR Transformation plans for the University. This is a permanent position. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours) however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week) About you An enthusiastic and motivated HR professional to join our Human Resources team on our journey, to provide an excellent service to a portfolio of Faculties and Departments/University. A confident individual who can influence and positively challenge Senior Leaders and Managers. You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent), CIPD Level 5 or above and demonstrate substantial experience of managing and implementing change projects and transformative processes.
