About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and patient individual to join our team as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with learning difficulties and be able to provide personalized support to meet their needs.
As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.
Responsibilities
* Support students with mild to severe learning difficulties on a one-to-one basis.
* Assist teachers in developing and implementing IEPs.
* Provide personalized support to meet the individual needs of each student.
* Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for students.
Requirements
* Experience working with children with learning difficulties.
* Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
* Patience, understanding, and a calm demeanor when interacting with students.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
