We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Associate Assistant Principal – Head of Sixth Form to lead and develop our post-16 provision, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our students.

About the Role
As Associate Assistant Principal – Head of Sixth Form, you will:
* Provide strategic leadership to drive high academic standards and student progression.
* Inspire and support Sixth Form students, fostering a culture of ambition, resilience, and success.
* Lead on post-16 curriculum development, enrichment, and pastoral care.
* Work closely with staff, students, and families to ensure high levels of engagement, aspiration, and outcomes.
* Develop strong links with universities, apprenticeship providers, and employers to expand student opportunities.
