As Oliver’s Travels continues to grow, we’re looking for a People & Culture Manager to drive our People strategy, lead change and acquisitions integration, and ensure our team is set up for success. This role is a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, perfect for someone with experience in fast-paced or scale-up environments. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, oversee all People initiatives, and mentor the People & Wellbeing Lead, supporting their growth and the evolution of the function.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic People Leadership:
* Align the People strategy with business objectives to drive growth and innovation.
* Lead change management and acquisition integration, ensuring seamless people transitions.
* Provide HR expertise to board members and managers, supporting decision-making.
* Own and manage the People budget, including headcount planning, benefits, and HR systems.
* Manage the annual pay review process, including salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
