This may already be operating at Partner level (equity or salaried) and open to a new challenge. Alternatively, you may be at a senior level with some glass ceilings about you. If successfully appointed, a major goal will be for you to build the team around you. The firm will agree major budgets and incentives to help you with this medium-term goal.
