The successful candidate will be experienced in treating a diverse range of patients in a primary care setting. We look forward to receiving your application Main duties of the job The post-holder will work with reference to practice agreed protocols and guidelines to provide nursing treatments to patients both independently and in participation with nurse colleagues and general practitioners. We are looking for a practice nurse with qualifications in managing Long Term Conditions such as Asthma, COPD, Diabetes and Chronic Heart Disease. Support the practice Infection control lead in implementation of standards and provide specialist infection control advice to all staff and clinicians. About us We are a small friendly team supported by 5 GP Partners. Our patient list size is around 8000 with a diverse population. We are a GP training and teaching practice and have a strong educational culture. We are part of Lower Valley PCN and have many additional services such as physio, podiatry etc that is offered to all pts of the PCN.
