A reputable consultancy business based in Birchwood is seeking an experienced Category Buyer to join their team on a permanent basis.
They are a leading business in their field and have won multiple awards.
The Role
As a Buyer, you will be supporting the Senior Buyer and Category Manager in managing the area of increased spend under management and focusing on the delivery of high-quality services to internal and external customers. You will be responsible for end-to-end procurement activity, managing suppliers, and discussing contracts with them.
You will require an adequate level of procurement skills and ideally have the relevant category experience.
What you'll need to succeed
* Public sector experience.
* Good level of Excel skills.
* Previous buyer experience.
