The most important person in our busy kitchens, without you the kitchen stops. You will help create memorable food for our customers by ensuring our team of chefs have a clean and safe work space, supplying them with all the equipment they need and helping prep for the next service.
You will also;
1. Ensure a constant supply of kitchen equipment e.g. cleaning supplies, hand soap etc.
2. Keep the workplace clean, tidy and safe by following all our health and safety procedures.
3. Complete all relevant paperwork on time and accurately.
4. Work with your team to help the smooth transition between one service and the next including clean down and set up.
5. Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks to maintain hygiene in the kitchen.
6. Think of the kitchen as your customer and always strive to deliver a remarkable service.
No experience necessary but must be able to work efficiently and prioritise tasks.
