Focusing on the coordination of repair works, data base management, client reporting and general office duties with the prime objective of enhancing the customer experience through the provision of World Class service. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Repair Manager to provide accurate and timely quotations to customers based on their repair requirements. Follow up with customers on quotations and inquiries to ensure their needs are being met and to secure approval for proposed works. Process purchase orders (POs) from customers, ensuring they align with the company's terms and conditions. Request for purchase orders (RPOs) for repairs, ensuring all details are accurate and complete before submission. Liaise with clients, organising and scheduling repair works and attendance of engineers, ensuring that all necessary details and arrangements are confirmed. Raise necessary permits for works, ensuring compliance with all regulations and customer requirements. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when processing all repair documentation to maintain continuity and prevent errors. Maintain clear communication between internal teams and clients to ensure expectations are managed and met effectively.
