Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the testing strategy, ensuring the quality and reliability of IT systems, and will involve co-ordinating test activities, developing test strategies, and ensuring alignment with goals and deadlines to ensure accuracy, completeness, and transparency. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and frameworks. Ownership and management of the test phase entry and exit criteria. Oversee all phases of testing (unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing). Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices. Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test requirements. Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers for resolution. Report on test progress, quality metrics, and risk assessments to senior management. Skills & Experience 5 years experience in testing including experience as a senior tester or test lead. Proven experience as an IT Test Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test automation tools (e.g. JIRA,). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
