Your role would be to service customers from Norway or Sweden taking Inbound general customer service calls. You will act as the first point of contact for my client and use their CRM / IT system to log calls and look up the answers to assist the customers. Some basic computer skills are required such as being able to log calls, look up answers on their frequently asked questions using the clients FAQ database. If you cannot answer the customers initial query you willescalate the query to the next level. But most things can be dealt with first time by you in this role. The key things for this role are: Must be able to clearly communicate with inbound callers in the Finnish language Must be able to listen and take accurate notes around their query. Keep calm under pressure and maintain a professional attitude Provide assistance and support and if required move a query to 2nd line support if you cannot assist immediately.
