Opportunity to join a leading E&P business as a Senior HR Coordinator. This role focuses on managing long-term sickness absences, coaching Leaders in absence case management and analysing absence trends to develop interventions. Ideal applicants will have a solid HR background, good grasp of employment law and excellent communication and organisational skills.
Main duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
* Proactively managing all long-term sickness absences to include occupational health referrals, group income protection claim submissions and appropriate employee/leader follow-up.
* Coaching Leaders in absence case management, ensuring appropriate documentation is received and stored in accordance with the company’s requirements.
* Using absence trend data, collaborating with the appropriate stakeholders to consider targeted interventions and development of resources.
* Providing support in other employee relations cases during periods of high volume or absence as required.
Applicants to this role require:
* Strong, previous HR experience at Coordinator level.
* Experience of supporting employee sickness and absences.
* Ideally working towards or fully CIPD qualified.
* A proactive and self-motivated team player with excellent time management and organisational skills.
