With multiple sites in the UK, our client is part of a rapidly growing business supplying high quality products to the UK's leading retailers, QSR and foodservice customers.
The role:
1. Leading site HR whilst supporting on strategic and group projects
2. Driving a high-performance culture by challenging and coaching managers to appropriately apply performance and development principles and tools
3. Lead the ethical agenda to ensure that the Company achieves and maintains the targeted level of accreditation through customer/legal auditing processes
4. Support and facilitate all key internal stakeholders
5. Foster effective employee engagement and communication across the business, develop and deliver a strong people agenda
Your Experience:
1. Experience gained within an FMCG manufacturing environment
2. Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified.
3. Experience of managing direct reports/small team would be desirable
4. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver change and have a strong enough character to be able to influence at senior management level
