Position: Locum MSK Physiotherapist Banding : Band 6 Location : London Start Date : ASAP Position Type : 3 Months (with potential for extension) Hours : 37.5 hours per week Rate : £24 - £27 per hour Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist with a specialization in Musculoskeletal (MSK) therapy to join our team at the Royal Free Hospital. In this role, you will provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with MSK conditions, supporting their recovery and enhancing their quality of life. What your responsibilities will be for this Physiotherapist role? As a Band 6 Locum MSK Physiotherapist you will assess and diagnose patients with musculoskeletal issues, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs. You will implement evidence-based interventions to facilitate recovery and improve functional mobility. You will monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. You will educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in line with professional standards and organizational policies. You will participate in clinical meetings and contribute to service development initiatives. Qualifications and Experiences: Must be a registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Must have a relevant degree in Physiotherapy. Must have experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
