Salary: £25,000-£28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Driving Licence: advantageous but not essential

Job Description
What You’ll Do:
The role of the Regional Recruiter involves working individually with a number of branches and engaging with the local community to build relationships with job centres, local colleges, and more. You will develop attraction plans for hiring quality care workers. The role allows flexibility to work from home one or two days per week and requires travel to various branches to understand their demand plans and support with interviewing, selection, and onboarding new care workers. You will thrive on challenge and enjoy achieving SLA’s and KPI’s, using your local knowledge and analytical skills to create meaningful hiring plans.

Qualifications
What You Need:
Significant experience in a busy, fast-paced environment with a proven track record in recruitment or resourcing is essential. This experience can be from a recruitment agency or in-house across any sector. You should be highly organized, able to multitask, and manage changing priorities. Excellent communication skills are required to engage with candidates and managers at all levels, along with database management experience, preferably using an applicant tracking system. A proven track record of taking responsibility and ownership of tasks to ensure timely completion is also necessary.
