* Remote first however your onboarding will be 3 days per week in London.

The Role
* Closing 5-figure deals with tax advisors and accountants across the UK.
* Prospecting, nurturing, and closing high-value deals with an Account-based selling approach, executed with market research, phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and occasional trade shows.
* Converting warm inbound leads brought in via the client’s marketing channels and growth hacks.
* Running the full sales process from discovery to demo to close using a known sales framework like MEDDPICC. ROI calculators and other sales assets have already been set up, which you can leverage.
* Consistently hitting and achieving targets set by the company.
* Close working with the broader team to contribute insights that will continue building on the success of the GTM function.
* Diligence in maximising the use of the client’s AI-first CRM and automations, ensuring non-automated records are up to date and accurate.
Requirements
* At least 18 months of closing experience in an early-stage start-up where you have demonstrated examples of being entrepreneurial. Bonus: You have sold accounting software and/or sold to accountants.
* Worked in a role where you were responsible for your outbound prospecting. This includes mapping accounts in your territory and executing highly personalised outreach.
* Confidence in your ability but have the humility to take learnings on board. The Founder puts a big emphasis on soft skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent attention to detail, with good written and verbal communication, is essential as you must develop meaningful relationships with new customers. This includes being a good listener, digesting information and concisely summarising key points.
* Are professionally trained in known sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
* Remote-first team, but you will be required to be in-office 2-3 days a week during your onboarding
