YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:
* Manage company and third-party site guest requests, ensuring that these are communicated through the team and on our internal PMS.
* Respond to guest comments on third party and company sites.
* Conduct reservation checks.
* Manage incoming reservation enquiries and secure business in line with agreed strategies, booking policies and procedures, in the absence of the Reservations Supervisor. Ensure all payment details are correct.
* Monitor the enquiries mailbox.
* Assist in AR billing accounts including sending accurate invoices, collecting and allocating payments.
* Assist on front desk to cover holidays, sickness and busy periods.
* Assist breakfast team to cover holidays and sickness.
* Update weekly timesheets.
* Draft HR Paperwork where required.
* Stock ordering where required for admin and front office.
* IHG Rewards reimbursements and allocating guest points where required.
* Actively develop a full understanding of the mechanics of the business.
* Assist DOS/RSM in any additional projects that may occur.
* Attend and run an Evening Social where required.
* Attend weekly internal meeting to discuss business levels and agree any focus required.
* Monthly reporting.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
* A good working knowledge of systems/technology is desired.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand and anticipate guest needs.
* High level of product, service and location knowledge to enhance the guest experience.
* Demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations.
* Be familiar with IHG rewards.
* Ability to work as part of a team who are based in multiple locations.
* Strong communication skills.
