Finance Administrator
An exciting new role has arisen with a small but busy head office in Wroxham with a varied residential, retail, and marine property portfolio in East Anglia, Essex and London.
We are looking for someone to join the team and help run the finance, administration and operational activities.
On site working, Mondays to Fridays
Duties will include:
Maintaining purchase ledger and processing payments for authorisation
Bank reconciliations
Sales invoicing, preparation and submission of VAT returns
Assistance in preparation of year end accounts
Assisting with management accounts, administration of service charges
Liaising with property agents and maintenance contractors
Dealing with tenant enquiries and other ad-hoc administrative duties.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative and financial experience, experience in using Sage Line 50 is preferential.
Administrative experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
Resilience and a “can do” approach are essential.
The applicant should be able to work well as part of a small team but must be able to work under their own initiative and manage their own workload.
