A SaaS start-up that sells an AI tool into the recruitment industry is on the hunt for a Sales Development Representative off the back of a phenomenal year.
The tool is so impressive that two of their customers have actually decided to invest in the business! They're placing a lot of emphasis on their commercial team, and are looking for an entry-level Sales Development Representative to come in and make an impact.

The Role
As an SDR, you'll be reaching out to recruitment firms and uncovering whether they could benefit from the AI tool. They're looking for someone resilient, tenacious and ultimately a hunter who wants to earn money and progress.
Responsibilities:
1. Reaching out to key decision makers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
2. Researching potential businesses that would benefit from your company's product.
3. Building relationships with businesses and uncovering whether they have a problem you can solve.
4. Meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets and KPIs.
5. Working closely with the Account Executives and Sales Director to report on progress.
6. Being proactive, bringing ideas to the table, and immersing yourself in training.
Who Are You?
1. A clear and confident communicator.
2. Ideally some sales experience - door to door and recruitment especially (not required).
3. Hungry and determined to hit targets and progress.
4. Curious and able to ask thoughtful questions.
5. Organised and disciplined to meet targets.
6. Fun!
