Night Lead Care Support Worker
Location: Hartwell, Northants
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £12.44 Per hour days - £13.44 per hour Nights
The Oakleaf Group are seeking to recruit a Lead Rehab Support Worker for one of their services in Hartwell. The successful candidate will be able to work flexible hours with the confidence to lead and support a team around them.
The Lead Rehab Support Worker will work as a key member of our Multidisciplinary Care Team in maintaining and delivering a high standard of holistic resident care, 24 hours a day. You will implement and effectively assist in the day-to-day running of all prescribed resident care packages along with assisting in meeting all basic care needs.
The successful candidate will need to be a driver, with access to their own vehicle, or the means of transport to travel to rural work locations.

Experience in a caring environment

Driver preferred but not essential
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care Who we are:
