My client is seeking both trainee and experienced Sales Negotiators to join their team. The sales hub is based in their Addlestone branch where you will normally be required to work. You may be required to work from other local branches at times to meet business demands.
The Sales Negotiator is required to sell properties and additional services at the agreed targets.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Sell properties & additional services at the agreed targets
2. Ensure personal compliance with all legal, technical, and administrative systems
3. Understand the company values and implement them positively each day
4. Attract vendors and applicants
5. Always ensure high quality customer care
6. Qualify applicants and potential vendors to company standards
7. Generate viewings and offers
8. Negotiate offers to agreed deals
9. Achieve personal and individual activity targets
10. Generate listing opportunities
11. Collate own and daily, weekly, and monthly figures to highlight performance
12. Implement branch plan with branch manager in line with the group strategic plan
13. Conduct marketing review calls in line with company standards
