Children's Residential Support Worker
· Salary: £32,350–£34,350 per year (inclusive of sleep-in and complex care allowances)
· Contract: Full-time, permanent
About the Role
· Support children and young people (ages 8-17) in a residential care setting.
· Work as part of a small, caring team providing daily guidance and support.
· Assist with daily routines, including school runs, appointments, and recreational activities.
· Support young people with life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
· Complete necessary administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
· Work a shift-based schedule, including overnight sleep-ins (additional pay provided).
Candidate Requirements
· Must be 22 years or older (legal requirement)
· Passion for working with children and young people, with or without prior experience.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Full UK manual driving licence required.
· Willing to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
· Eligible to work in the UK.
