About the Role

This is a Digital Production role based within the Digital function in Technology. It is responsible for publishing content across our digital marketing & online platforms, in addition to providing digital expertise to ensure the customer experience is optimised and insights are shared with stakeholders throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining our public websites and digital content:
* Create, amend, and publish content using the Episerver Content Management System (CMS), in line with agreed processes and templates.
* Ensure quality standards are maintained through adherence to digital and brand guidelines and processes.
* Provide web analytics insight to a range of business stakeholders using e.g. Google Analytics and ContentSquare where required.
* Optimise content through testing/experimentation and application of SEO best practice.
* Document and update any processes or procedures if required.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and wider digital team to manage demand, and to manage production generally.
Email communications:
* Responsible for developing and launching email campaigns, communications and event support using the Stoneshot platform.
* Understand the capability of marketing automation technology and leveraging it to optimise the effectiveness of campaigns and communications.
* Collaborate with Marketing teams to identify solutions to drive engagement levels and lead generation.
* Adhere to agreed processes and controls to minimise risk and ensure highest quality output.
* Provide campaign metrics and development of reporting.
Digital Proposition, development and optimisation:
* Liaise closely with the User Experience team to ensure fully optimised digital experiences.
* Support development and projects teams as required.
* Collaborate with and challenge stakeholders to ensure digital briefs result in best-practice, on-brand, engaging content every time.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
* Relevant marketing, digital or technology credentials.
* Proven experience of producing and delivering using marketing automation (email) and content management platforms (websites).
* Familiar with web analytics, UX and SEO and how they influence online marketing.
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Dreamweaver or Adobe Photoshop an advantage.
* Understands the demands of working in a marketing or production-based role.
* Comfortable with Windows based software, proficient user of MS Excel and Word.
* IT change or project management experience an advantage.
