SLR has a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join its busy team in Bristol, on an initial 6 month fixed term contract basis - equivalent annual salary will be in the region of £(phone number removed) per year plus benefits. You will help to provide an efficient and responsive People administrative service to our colleagues in Europe including maintenance of our HR records and administration of payroll. Overall, this role plays a crucial role in maintaining compliance with company, legal and regulatory requirements in relation to the employee life cycle and accurate and timely processing of payroll data About the role You will provide an effective administration support role for our busy team covering our European business, with duties including: Payroll ➢ Payroll Processing: (inc starters, leavers, payroll changes, additional hours worked, deductions etc.) and compliance monitoring, and investigating and resolving any payroll errors, queries or discrepancies HR Administration ➢ Maintenance of accurate employee records throughout the employee life cycle, new starter administration process and onboarding, leaver Administration and maintaining and updating the HR Information System (HRIS), benefit administration and general administrative support of service desk emails, enquiries and other associated tasks About us SLR are global leaders in environmental and advisory solutions helping our clients achieve their sustainability goals.
