iO Associates are working with an established and growing Tech consultancy who are looking for a BD Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Location: Bath - 1 day a week onsite
They are an award-winning agency that specialize in data analytics, insight, and systems. They help brands build impactful messaging, engage their audiences, and drive measurable results through strategic PR, content, and digital campaigns.
They primarily work with not-for-profit and charities; however, they are diversifying into the financial and travel sectors.
They need an experienced and successful sales professional to lead their business development function. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and shaping the long-term sales strategy.
It is a really exciting position where you will be given the opportunity to lead and help build this department alongside the Director, as well as help create the future strategy for growth.
What They Are Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior sales role
* Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales targets and securing high-value contracts
* Expertise in selling customer data solutions and communications planning
* Ability to engage and sell to senior stakeholders
* Experience in leading and scaling sales teams, with a strong focus on coaching and performance management
* Data-driven mindset - skilled at using CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting to drive results
