We are looking for a fantastic EA to support the Global CEO of an expanding business with global investments. This is a REMOTE role; however, you will need to be able to work from their Greater Manchester office approximately twice a month. Hours are 9-5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Diary and meeting management (across multiple time zones)
2. Global travel booking to include flights, hotels, transfers, itineraries, etc.
3. Preparing packs/agendas/minutes
4. Assisting with additional project work
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in an EA, supporting global C-level executives
2. Advanced IT and MS Office skills
3. Excellent communication skills and discretion at all levels
4. Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 depending on experience
