The Role
Reporting to the AVP Specialty Business Unit Lead UK, this role will be responsible for leading Haematology products across the UK. This brand leadership role will have people management responsibilities. This role will have high visibility with the Northern European Hub and International Teams. The role will maximise the value that our innovations can bring to patients, HCPs, and the company by fostering a Team Lilly culture of trust, empowerment, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strong leader of the brand team and an internal champion and advocate for team's success in Haematology.
* Lead with integrity and ensure adherence to compliance in all team activities.
* Line management - Lead and coach team members, setting clear goals, objectives, and tracking important metrics.
* Become an integral part of the cross-functional Specialty Lead Team, shaping the culture and success of the Business Unit beyond 2025.
* Lead local Customer Plan Development in line with Global Brand Strategy as part of the annual Integrated Planning Approach Framework.
* Ensure execution excellence of the Customer Plan/Operational Plan, both within the marketing team and with cross-functional partners, including sales, medical and patient access teams.
* Drive engagement with and utilisation of Lilly's content factory, ensuring the team maximises use of above-country created tactics and solutions.
* Track and monitor performance against key achievements, making timely adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
* In collaboration with Market Research, Finance, and the Business Unit Leader, build forecasts for the product with clear, robust assumptions.
* Develop effective cross-functional partnerships working closely with Sales, Market Access, and Medical teams.
* Build marketing capabilities within the team in alignment with the local hub and company capability roadmap, raising standards and expectations.
* Seek commonalities and opportunities for alignment across the hub to improve efficiencies, particularly by partnering with the Nordic Brand Lead during regional launches.
* Model leadership and establish a team culture aligned with the Team Lilly Framework, with a focus on inclusion, innovation, acceleration, and delivery.
* Serve as the brand point of contact for International Therapeutic Area Leads and Global Teams.

* Demonstrated track record of success with clear evidence of delivering results.
* Excellent social skills, including strong communication and relationship-building capabilities with key stakeholders.
* Deep understanding of the needs of the Field Team, with the ability to build trust and collaboration with Territory Business Managers.
* Ability to articulate strategy and generate momentum behind key goals for the cross-functional team.
