Fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established business looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a 3-month contract in Redhill.
Job Description
* Supporting the team to pay supplier invoices in a timely manner.
* Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you will match supplier invoices to orders, carry out reconciliations, and resolve queries.
* Scanning invoices and credit notes.
* Assisting in payment runs for employee expenses.
The Successful Applicant
* Ideally, you will have experience within a similar position and be used to working in an office environment.
* Able to manage your workload and work unsupervised.
* Communicate in a polite and professional manner with suppliers and internal customers.
* Work as part of a team to achieve targets.
* Complete tasks within set timelines.
* May be working towards an accountancy degree.
