We are seeking to fill the role of APS5 Program Coordinator on an ongoing basis.
As the Program Coordinator, Strategy and Transformation, you will provide expertise that contributes to the outcomes of the team and Branch and will be accountable for tasks and decisions.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Providing coordination and administrative support for a variety of programs and projects.
2. Collation of data to support business intelligence reporting.
3. Supporting cost recovery activities including the generation of invoicing information.
You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, responding to needs and expectations in relation to effective program coordination, data accuracy, and integrity.
