Marketing Specialist\n\n14 month fixed term contract\n\nBasic salary is negotiable, with company car and excellent benefits.\n\nMilton Keynes - hybrid (3 days in the office)\n\nJoin our clients marketing team for a 14-month role focused on the aftersales market and customer retention. We're looking for a passionate marketing professional with a strong generalist background, ideally with B2C experience, to lead our clients consumer-focused campaigns. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of marketing specialists and a programme manager, collaborating with various commercial teams to drive performance.\n\nYou'll be responsible for maintaining and improving the website, coordinating marketing activities across advertising, PR, social media, and events.
Develop marketing materials and devise promotional campaigns to drive engagement.\n\nIf you're confident, assertive, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!\n\nSome of your responsibilities will include:\n\nMaintain and update the website with information and promotional offers.\nCoordinate aftersales marketing activities, including advertising, PR, social media, and events.\nDevelop and maintain marketing materials, working with the field team to maximise usage.\nDevise promotional campaigns and recommend new marketing initiatives.\nProduce briefs and liaise with external advertising agencies.\nEnsure all marketing communications and materials are on brand and follow guidelines.\nSupport the Customer Retention Manager in developing the aftersales marketing strategy.\nManage and maintain budgets.\nProduce regular reports on website performance, budgets, and promotion ROI.\nCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure brand and campaign alignment.\nBuild and maintain relationships with stakeholders.\nLiaise with the factory on new marketing initiatives.\nReview the consumer journey and propose improvements.\nStay informed about the market and competitor activities. \n\nWhat are we looking for?\n\nKnowledge, understanding or exposure to core principles of marketing\nProficient with Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel\nExperience in a well-rounded marketing role with an emphasis on CRM\nAn ability to think creatively and offer innovative ideas\nAbility to work autonomously, maintaining drive and motivation\nHigh degree of self-motivation, productivity and acute attention to detail \n\nPlease be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
