Key Responsibilities Conduct professional property valuations, advising clients to achieve the best outcomes. Ensure compliance with all property sales processes and regulations. Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximise property exposure. Arrange and conduct engaging property viewings, addressing buyer queries. Manage the entire sales process (360-cycle), liaising with solicitors and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. Requirements Valid UK driving licence and access to your own car. Minimum 2 years of sales experience (estate agency preferred). Strong client relationship skills with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Commission Structure: 10% on completed sales. 15% on employee-introduced properties with no prior contact. £75 per mortgage or solicitor sign-up. 5% on newly introduced letting stock (if completed). 10% per letting secured without team assistance.
