Your Role as Aftersales Team Leader As the Aftersales Team Leader, you will be the go-to person for client escalations, order queries, and service-related issues. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the company reputation for outstanding customer support by handling warranty claims, processing orders, and ensuring clients receive prompt and effective resolutions. Your leadership and expertise will keep aftersales operations running smoothly from start to finish. What You’ll Be Doing Act as the first point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Assist with processing sales orders, handling missing parts queries, and ensuring smooth aftersales operations. Manage warranty claims, keep accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies. Recommend alternative products if items are out of stock or discontinued. Chase outstanding client payments and liaise with accounts to keep financials on track. Attend trade shows and industry events to showcase products and build relationships. Use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot customer issues and liaise with internal teams. Prepare and submit quotes, offering tailored product recommendations. Meet and greet visitors, delivering an outstanding in-person customer experience. What We’re Looking For A proactive, positive, and hands-on problem solver.
