What will you do?
As our Order Processing Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, leading a dedicated team of specialists. You'll be responsible for the entire order processing lifecycle, from initial order acceptance to final delivery, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers. This involves:
* Inspiring and developing your team: You'll provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving environment.
* Optimizing processes: You'll identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Collaboration is key: You'll work closely with sales, tendering, project managers, and customer service managers to ensure seamless order fulfillment and strong stakeholder relationships.
* Data-driven decisions: You'll analyze key metrics, generate reports, and present findings to management, driving strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
* Driving results: You'll be instrumental in achieving team targets and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What do you bring?
* Proven experience in managing and developing a team.
* A strong understanding of order processing workflows and best practices.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
* A proactive and collaborative approach, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* A full clean driving license and willingness to travel.
